Dearest Gonzaga,
Thinking of you today, Tuesday, October 15th on what would have been your 51st birthday! As I quietly celebrated my own birthday this past weekend, I reflected on our wonderful shared birthday celebrations in the past at our favorite Chinese buffet, and how MUCH I miss our time together! As I get older, I realize just how precious life really is, and how IMPORTANT it is to acknowledge the people we LOVE as often as possible.
Thank YOU Gonzaga for ALWAYS being such a GENUINE, loving friend with a GREAT sense of humor, intellect and passion without limits, and a BEAUTIFUL heart of gold! I am TRULY BLESSED for having experienced the gift of YOU in my life! Although it saddens me that we have been "apart" for so long, and I yearn to pick up the phone and hear your voice tell me, "Life is Gooooooood!!!!," I want you to know that you will FOREVER live on in my memories and in my heart until we meet again!
